Our facility is  located in DeLand, Florida. We are easily accessible from Interstate 4 and a short 5 minute drive from the Historical Downtown DeLand.

Prescription Refill requests take 48 hours to process, so please allow adequate time for us to fill your request.

Disability, Insurance, and/or Medical Forms requests usually take 5-7 days to complete after the $20.00 processing fee has been paid for each packet. Please contact the billing department, or have your agent or attorney call to make payment arrangement.
